The company has been formed with the objective of developing land plots for commercial and other purposes. Since its recent establishment several land plots have been purchased, where the development processes is being currently carried out. The company intends to build a large commercial complex having apartment facilities, shopping malls, and business centers in the commercial hub of Colombo
